For non-French residents we offer a classic French mortgage loan. It is a loan from a French bank for a property in France with a mortgage signed before the French public notary.

The maximum LTV (Loan-to-Value Percentage) is:
  • 80% for the following countries:
    • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg
    • USA, Canada
    • UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland
  • 70% for the following countries:
    • Japan
    • Australia, New-Zealand

The property needs to be insured by a French house insurance. We'll be glad to help you with that.
Concerning an (optional) life insurance covering the loan you should subscribe one in your country of residence. We can help you with that for Belgium, France, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
