Our security policy
We opted to have our own secured server with security certificate from Global Sign. This company is particularly specialised in encrypting credit cards, etc. We use the same methods on your data so that we can offer our customers an optimised and maximised protection.
Our privacy policy
A clear and elaborate description of our privacy policy is, according to us, very important; after all we're dealing with confidential information and maybe you would like to know what happens with your data.
Information regarding registration and entry
This information has a technical function, namely to link one certain access code to one certain person. All the information you put in will be already entered the next time you log in for asking other possible requests. This has the advantage that you don't repeatedly have to put in your name or address. It won't be used, in any case, for other purposes.
Information for quotation requests
This information is used to make up /draw up a personalised offer and to evaluate whether the request is realistic or not.
It WON'T be used, EVER, to pass onto a third party for commercial aims. At the very most it can be given to a mortgager when we consider their advice as being needed.
Information regarding "actual" requests
A definitive demand, either for a mortgage loan or a life insurance, naturally implies that we transfer certain information to the mortgager or Insurance Company.
Then it's a matter of banker's discretion related to (mortgage) loans or medical secrecy related to life insurance's. Both to you and to us they are committed on this discretion.
For people who rather don't want to give us their medical information we have special procedures that allows them to give this data directly to the insurance company. In this case a simple question is enough to receive the necessary documents and start the procedure.
Marketing policy
Your information, as already mentioned above, will NEVER be given to a third party for commercial purposes. We however retain the right to keep you spontaneously informed, during the days after your quotation request, of sudden changes in the rates or other events of which we think that they could be important/useful for you. When we, in the future, would like to inform you about possible novelties or achieved agreements, we'll always ask you permission whether you want to receive this kind of information. Naturally we retain the right to keep our existing clients posted about new initiatives. If you, for any reason, don't want to receive this any longer, then a simple request (by any means of contact) is enough to stop it.
Accessibility
Every person has the right to look in, correct or remove the information he has given to us. On simple request, either by telephone, e-mail or letter, a print-out of your data will be sent to you. Moreover, at the moment you hand in your definitive demand, you will be informed about the privacy policy of the relevant company (-ies).
